If anyone out there would like to suggest June’s free theme - just drop us a line and we’ll add it to our list!

We need someone who’s got wicked ninja-like WordPress coding skills and can knock out a working WordPress theme within 48 hours.  We provide the .psd file - all sliced and diced… with a list of coding requests (nothing too out of the ordinary… but if you’re up for a challenge every once in a while… that would be awesome!).  We also may make a request or two after that code is done, just to get things all in order - if you can handle subtle nagging, we’d love to hear from you!

We are really looking for someone who’s got great English skills, can work with a company that is on the West Coast - a la Pacific time!  Someone who is a bit of a night owl - we work a lot in the evening.  So that time would be critical to get information back and forth.  Instant Messaging would be pretty important and most all communication is done via email.

In a nutshell:

• Must be fluent in English.
• Must be a WordPress Coding Ninja.
• Must be able to create cross-browser compatible WordPress themes.
• If you know a bit about JQuery, Flash, etc that’s a bonus (but not entirely necessary).
• Love to communicate via Email and isn’t afraid of a little IM chatting to get a job done.
• Doesn’t mind gentle nagging for a few changes now and again to a WordPress theme code.
• Paid per project.
• Most communication is done in the evening (Pacific Time) so being around would be a good thing :)
• … and that’s about it.

We might update this a bit more as we think of things we need/require from a WordPress coding genius.

Description: As a backdrop for Claire’s creativity, Sharp Wit Designs underwent another WordPress theme renovation. This site has been through custom HTML/CSS designs, attempted PHP site designs and most recently the world of WordPress entered the scene. With new designs, was the site going for a business look, an up and coming design, or a fun design that could be appreciated by all walks of Internet know-how. I enjoy this layout… and hope to keep it around for quite some time.

Client: Obsessed with Ugly Betty

Description: A fun fan site promoting the hit ABC television show Ugly Betty. The owner of the site wanted a quick way to update the site, without having the hassle of updating each and every page individually. Being a big fan of WordPress, I thought this would be ideal for a site like this. Plenty of fun was added to the site - with the addition of plugins to make the site unique.

Client: Obsessed with Dog

Description: Obsessed with Dog was designed around the idea of a fan site. The owner of the Obsessed with Dog wanted to have a site that was easy to update and easy to modify with new ideas that might come up later down the road. WordPress is a very flexible CMS (Content Management System) and was ideal for our client’s desire to update often - with out the worry of not understanding how to code.

We also assisted in the initial Search Engine Optimization of the site. Finding quality keywords that would jump-start Obsessed with Dog on the major search engine findings.
